— a husband and wife short-term rental team helping vacation property owners open their doors and create wildly successful, totally passive rental income with zero headaches!

But first we wanted to tell you a little story about how we got started in the short--term rental management game.

So, it all started with our home in the Kawartha Lakes. We started renting it out on AirBnB and it was a hit. We had bookings every weekend of the summer, so we thought, "why not split the house into two units and live in the tiny back unit to pay off the renovation?" It was a bit of a squeeze with two kids and a dog, but we made it work. And after a year of living in that unit, we had enough equity to buy another home in the Kawarthas and rent out our original house.

But we're not ones to sit around and get comfortable. So we decided to try something new. We bought an Airstream, and over the course of a year, we renovated it to be the perfect short-term rental. We partnered with Signal Brewery in Belleville, ON and created a unique AirBnB experience on the Moira River. It was a hit, and we knew we were onto something.

After that success, we took a hiatus from our jobs and went to Tofino, BC, where we stayed at the amazing Mackenzie Beach Resort in one of their Airstreams. Looking for new spot to put ours, we thought "Hey, wouldn't this be perfect!" — partner with an existing hospitality business to manage our investment, beat seasonality and have a vacation property of our own on Vancouver Island. So, we established a partnership with them and drove our Airstream out west across prairies, mountains, salt flats, deserts and ferry rides be nestled into their breathtaking backdrop on the Pacific Coast.

But we didn't stop there. We felt a void on our way back across the country and immediately started looking for another Airstream. We bought Airstream #2 and spent 6-months designing it to fit perfectly inside the Victoria Fruit Market in Lindsay, ON. We turned this old grocery store and warehouse into a one-of-a-kind short-term rental and small event space. And let me tell you, it's been a hit.
